Return and Exchange Policy "Online Store" In our company Tayyib Al-Qurashi, out of our keenness to satisfy our valued customers, we would like to clarify our approved return and exchange policy in accordance with the E-commerce Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce (Article 15): *Return and Exchange Period:* The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, unopened, unused, and undamaged. *Excluded Categories:* Due to the nature of our products (perfumes – incense – aromatic oils – Oud oil), they cannot be exchanged or returned after opening or use, to preserve quality and public health. *Only in cases where the product is defective, non-compliant with specifications, or broken upon receipt are exceptions.* *Costs and Responsibility:* If the reason for the return or exchange is due to a defect in the product, damage during shipping, or non-compliance with specifications, Tayyib Al-Qurashi bears all costs, including shipping fees, and the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer. If the reason for the return is solely the customer's desire (such as disliking the product or changing their mind), the customer bears the shipping costs (return and resend if applicable), and the product value will only be refunded after inspection and confirmation of its original condition. *Implementation Mechanism:* The customer must contact customer service to submit a return or exchange request, providing the order number and a clear photo of the product. In case the product arrives broken, the customer must send a photo of the product alongside the shipping receipt showing the order number clearly, and this must be reported immediately upon receipt. The refund will be processed within no more than 14 working days from the date of approval of the return request, using the same payment method used at purchase. *Steps for Exchange:* - The exchange or return request is submitted via email at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at 00966558295928. - The order number or invoice number must be included along with details of the product or products to be returned. - The customer will be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the email or WhatsApp message to arrange the exchange or return process.
